Ashley Walding joined the Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital team in May 2017.
She grew up in the small town of Hartford, AL where she developed a soft spot for animals as a child. Ashley worked two jobs to put herself through school and graduated with her Bachelor's in Biology Auburn University at Montgomery. Shortly after graduating, she joined Taylor Crossing and quickly became the Live-in After-Hours Veterinary Technician.
Two years later, Ashley became a traveling "nurse" working at a variety of veterinary hospitals in Southern Alabama and Florida. The leadership and knowledge Ashley gained during this time made her a perfect fit for Taylor Crossing's Lead Vet Assistant Role. She is now dedicated to the training and development of the Vet Assistants at Taylor Crossing as well working with the Veterinary Interns from many south eastern Veterinary School programs.
Ashley lives in Pike Road with her husband, daughter and three dogs. In her free time, she spends time with her family. She is also pursuing her educational journey to complete her LVT.
