Amanda Cox, Hospital Supervisor
Amanda Cox joined our staff in 2009 with more than 20 years’ vet-tech experience. Her organizational skills and technical experience well qualify her to coordinate the scheduling of five veterinary technicians and maintain the pharmacy inventory in our hospital. Amanda has a special interest in assisting with surgeries and ultrasound and performing dental prophylaxis. She has also been the voice behind our after-hours call center and the “live” person our clients speak with when an emergency occurs. Amanda has seven fur babies and volunteers with several of our rescue groups.
Sam Grier, Office Manager
Sam Grier joined Taylor Crossing’s team in 2008. Prior to becoming our Office Manager, Sam worked as technician for 6 years. She thoroughly enjoys working with animals and has a passion for the “four-legged” furry types which have a special place in her heart. She is a proud owner of 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Ashton Wells, Resort Manager & Dog Trainer
Ashton Hibbs-Wells, Professional Dog Trainer and Behaviorist, has over 7 years dog training and pet resort managerial experience. Her training and behavior programs focus on the dog/human relationship, teaching the human how to successfully communicate with and train their dogs as well as teaching the human to understand how their dog communicates with them.
Lauri Mitchell, Practice Manager
Lauri Mitchell joined TCAH in 2000. She is an Auburn graduate where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration. Before joining Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital, she was the Southern Region Marketing Coordinator and representative for a major pharmaceutical company. Her marketing, accounting and human resource skills make her a great fit for overseeing the overall business activity at Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital. She is at the forefront of the success of the practice and provides the staff with the resources needed to successfully perform their duties daily. In addition, she keeps the practice active in community service, scheduling school tours, and providing assistance to shelters within the River Region. Lauri has 2 human children and 4 furry kids.
